Hey there!

I’m Ollie Gould - the founder and OG behind OG Entertainment.

I’ve been mixing drinks for almost a decade now. I’ve shaken thousands of margaritas and daiquiris in bustling nightclubs, created custom off-the-cuff drinks for my favourite regulars in cocktail bars, and had the privilege of managing operations at an upscale restaurant.

I’ve competed in my fair share of cocktail competitions - even managing to win a few. This has been pivotal in honing my skills and creativity to develop new drinks, gain a deeper understanding of harmonious flavour combinations and refined my presentation skills in front of crowds.

I love creating my own cocktails and riffing on classics, which is what sparked the creation of OG Entertainment. I wanted to bring the folks of Launceston an unparalleled experience, a way to make their event truly special and leave a lasting impression that guests can look back on and say, “Damn, those drinks were good!”
