At OG Entertainment, we work in line with Tasmania’s Liquor Licensing laws, which require clients to be responsible for providing the alcohol for their events. To make this easier for you, we'll give you a detailed shopping list with the specific quantities and types of alcohol you'll need to buy.
When it comes to crafting our special syrups and garnishes, you don't need to worry about that, OG Entertainment handles the purchase of ingredients needed for these custom creations. This way, you can focus on getting the alcohol while we take care of enhancing your drinks with our unique flavours and garnishes.

Bookings and Payments

For the best experience, we recommend securing your preferred date and package by booking our services as early as possible, ideally with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice. Popular dates tend to fill up quickly, so early booking ensures availability and allows us to plan your event effectively.
However, we understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly. If you find yourself with less time on your hands, don't hesitate to reach out. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs and make your event a success, even with shorter notice.

We accept payments via cash or bank transfers only.

Once we finalise your event booking, we require an upfront deposit, this will be outlined in your contract or agreement with OG Entertainment, to secure your chosen date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event. Please note that failure to complete the remaining payment may result in forfeiture of your deposit, as outlined in your contract or agreement with OG Entertainment.

If you cancel your event with OG Entertainment 14 days or more before the event date, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be outlined in your contract or agreement with OG Entertainment.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Please note that any applicable fees for cancellations will be clearly outlined in writing in your contract or agreement with OG Entertainment.
