  • We serve clients throughout the Launceston area and surrounding regions. For events outside of our standard service area, travel fees may apply. Please contact us with your event location for more information.

  • We specialise in providing mobile bar and bartending services for weddings, corporate gatherings, private parties, cocktail workshops, and other special occasions. Each event is unique, and we tailor our services to match the specific ambiance and requirements of the occasion.

  • Yes, we can cater to events of varying sizes, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. We'll adjust our services and offerings based on your guest count and event requirements.

  • Absolutely! Our goal is to create a personalised experience for your guests. We offer fully customisable bar menus, allowing you to select your favourite drinks, signature cocktails, and thematic beverages that align with your event's theme and atmosphere.

  • At OG Entertainment, we work in line with Tasmania’s Liquor Licensing laws, which require clients to be responsible for providing the alcohol for their events. To make this easier for you, we'll give you a detailed shopping list with the specific quantities and types of alcohol you'll need to buy.

    When it comes to crafting our special syrups and garnishes, you don't need to worry about that, OG Entertainment handles the purchase of ingredients needed for these custom creations. This way, you can focus on getting the alcohol while we take care of enhancing your drinks with our unique flavours and garnishes.

  • Absolutely! Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergy concerns and we'll tailor our beverage offerings to accommodate your guests' needs. We take food safety and guest comfort seriously.

  • We strictly adhere to legal requirements regarding alcohol service, including verifying legal drinking age and offering alternative non-alcoholic options for underage guests or non-drinkers, ensuring that everyone has a delightful drink choice.

Bookings and Payments

  • For the best experience, we recommend securing your preferred date and package by booking our services as early as possible, ideally with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice. Popular dates tend to fill up quickly, so early booking ensures availability and allows us to plan your event effectively.

    However, we understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly. If you find yourself with less time on your hands, don't hesitate to reach out. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs and make your event a success, even with shorter notice.

  • We accept payments via cash or bank transfers only.

  • Once we finalise your event booking, we require an upfront deposit, this will be outlined in your contract or agreement with OG Entertainment, to secure your chosen date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event. Please note that failure to complete the remaining payment may result in forfeiture of your deposit, as outlined in your contract or agreement with OG Entertainment.

  • If you cancel your event with OG Entertainment 14 days or more before the event date, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be outlined in your contract or agreement with OG Entertainment.

    Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Please note that any applicable fees for cancellations will be clearly outlined in writing in your contract or agreement with OG Entertainment.

Setup and Equipment

  • Yes, our packages include high-quality glassware, ice, garnishes, and all the necessary bar essentials to ensure a seamless and enjoyable bar service at your event.

  • Yes, we have experience in catering to outdoor events and can provide a mobile bar setup suitable for various outdoor venues.

  • Yes, our service includes complete setup and cleanup of the bar area. We'll arrive early to prepare the perfect bar setup and stay late to ensure everything is tidied up. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience, allowing you to fully enjoy your event without worrying about the setup or cleanup details.

Extras and Special Requests

  • Yes, all our bartenders at OG Entertainment are highly experienced, trained, and professional. They possess the expertise and skills required to deliver professional, engaging, and high-quality service, ensuring that your guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

  • Yes, we can create themed bar setups tailored to your event's theme or season. From festive holiday themes to elegant seasonal motifs, we'll customise the bar décor and offerings to enhance the overall ambiance.

  • We’re happy to match the vibe of your event. If you’re throwing a Black Tie affair, we can dress to the occasion. If you have a Beach Party, we’ve got plenty of tropical shirts! Just let us know in your consultation.

  • Yes, we offer tasting sessions for the bar menu before the event, allowing you to sample and approve the drinks and cocktails that will be served to your guests. It's an opportunity to ensure that everything meets your expectations.

  • Gratuities or tips for our staff are always appreciated but not mandatory. If you feel that our team has provided exceptional service, you're welcome to express your appreciation through gratuities.
